Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Wisteria Psychological and Behavioral Services Locations: Atlanta, GA 30329, and Tucker, GA, depending on assigned caseload Work setting: IN PERSON ONLY. This is not a remote or hybrid position. Now interviewing for an immediate opening. Full-time and part-time BCBAs are welcome. We are seeking a clinician who values individualized care, collaborative problem-solving, and meaningful outcomes for children and families. Compensation and scheduling Part-time W-2: $80–$105 per hour. Required clinical work, documentation, and meetings are paid. Flexible scheduling within client needs, with part-time availability considered. Weekly hours, caseload expectations, and travel requirements will be discussed before accepting the role. Services take place face-to-face in clinic, home, school, and community settings as assigned. You must be able to travel reliably to your assigned locations. Schedule flexibility does not mean remote work. Direct BCBA-D mentorship: Collaborate with our Clinical Director through case consultation, feedback, and clinical problem-solving. Clinical judgment matters: Develop individualized, function-based care grounded in data, client dignity, and meaningful goals. Support for challenging cases: Strengthen your assessment and intervention skills with experienced clinical guidance. What you will do Conduct functional behavior and skill assessments, develop treatment plans, and complete assessment and authorization reports. Analyze data and adjust interventions based on progress, clinical need, and family priorities. Provide in-person RBT supervision and training, including Wisteria’s minimum 10% supervision of RBT-delivered services and any additional supervision required by clinical needs or applicable standards. Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and other providers. Maintain timely clinical documentation and provide feedback on RBT documentation. Participate in clinical consultation and uphold ethical, assent-based, individualized care. Qualifications Georgia behavior-analyst licensure required before providing services. Strong assessment, treatment-planning, communication, and data-analysis skills. Commitment to ethical practice, client dignity, and caregiver collaboration. Ability to provide in-person services and travel reliably to assigned locations. Experience across home, clinic, and school settings, conducting functional analyses, or preparing prior-authorization reports is a plus.
