Lead day-to-day operational routines to ensure smooth support functions across multiple portfolios. Support the development and maturation of execution playbooks, driving portfolio outcomes from intake to stabilization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans and deliverables. Design and enforce standards that improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness at scale. Prepare executive-ready materials, dashboards, and reports to facilitate informed decision-making. What’s Needed? 8+ years of experience in program or portfolio execution within complex, matrixed environments. Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams and realize operational benefits. Strong governance design, re-planning expertise, and capacity management skills. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in KPI/OKR metrics and dashboard creation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels and synthesizing complex information clearly. What’s in it for me?
