Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. Fort Worth, TX 76104

Work hours: PRN Nights 3P-3A with rotating weekends/holidays PRN II requires a minimum of 3 shifts per 6 week schedule.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
• 1 year experience as a registered nurse
• 2+ years experience as a registered nurse in dialysis preferred
• RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
• CPI Crisis Prevention Intervention within 90 days required
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days required
