It’s a role where your curiosity will fuel both your personal growth and the success of the team.**What You'll Do:*** Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers to understand their business objectives and develop and shape HR strategies to support them.* Provide guidance and advice to senior leaders and managers on HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.* In coordination with leaders, support organizational changes from design to implementation, anticipating future organization needs and advising and facilitating decision making.* Develop, implement and facilitate HR programs and initiatives to support employee engagement, retention, and development.* Deploy the different annual HR cycles such as performance reviews, promotion, salary review, goal setting, etc.* Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address them.* Partner with the talent acquisition team to identify and recruit top talent to meet the organization's business needs.* Facilitate the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.* Coach on effective leadership and management practices, challenging and influencing decision making as needed.* Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and advice on conflict resolution and employee discipline.**Who You Are:*** Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or Bachelor’s degree with significant HR experience* 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner; large organization experience preferred* Experience in the Biotech industry is a plus* Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, particularly in Washington state* Experience creating HR policies and procedures* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders* Strong analytical skills, and ability to use HR metrics and data to drive decision-making* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines* Strong coaching and mentoring skills**Why Join Us:*** **Growth Opportunities**: We’re a company that believes in continuous learning and development.
