This is your opportunity to join a successful team, develop a variety of professional career skills, and become a member of a Fortune 100 corporation.**What You'll Be Doing:*** Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to key customer locations* Quote spot buy opportunities to support emergent demands* Manage your assigned accounts by taking proactive and regular actions related to sales and account support* Support the business by tracking shipments, maintaining orders, managing backlog, expediting in bound shipments and troubleshooting delivery issues* Assist in the inventory monitoring and replenishment process**What We Are Looking For:*** Bachelor's degree preferred and 2-4 years of industry experience or Associate degree with equivalent related experience* Time management skills and multi-tasking flexibility* Solid verbal and written communication skills* Excel experience - pivot tables, VLOOKUP skills preferred* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the globe* Due to contractual requirements with the federal government, viable candidates must be US citizens* Competitive base + commission**Work Arrangement: Alpharetta, Huntsville, and Lake Mary-***This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office and 2 days per week from home.***What’s In It For You:**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
