X-Ray TechnicianAs an X-Ray Technician at Humanitary Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in the diagnostic imaging department, providing essential support to physicians in diagnosing and treating patients. Ultimately, your expertise will contribute significantly to the overall health and well-being of our patients.Minimum qualifications:Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.Current certification as an X-Ray Technician from a recognized body.Valid state license to practice as an X-Ray Technician.Preferred qualifications:Experience in a clinical or hospital setting.Additional certifications in advanced imaging techniques.Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.Responsibilities:Perform X-ray examinations on patients as per physician orders.Ensure patient safety by following established protocols and guidelines.Maintain and operate X-ray equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging results.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss imaging findings and assist in patient care.Skills:The required skills for this position include proficiency in operating X-ray equipment and a strong understanding of radiographic techniques, which are essential for producing high-quality images.
