Manufacturing Technician X-Ray Reader 3rd Shift M-F 10pm to 6am (P)

Snapshot of Your Day Will be reading of the X‑Ray plates. Image plates are received from the X‑Ray Shooter, processed, and images are analyzed for flaws, defects, or abnormalities. X‑Ray readers retrieve component requirements from work orders and special instruction notes specifying the image requirements per component type. Personal Dosimetry Badges are used by every employee to ensure personal safety. Location: Gibsonton, Florida. How You’ll Make An Impact Maintain the flow and quality of parts produced, continuously performing improvement analysis. Set up tools and follow X‑Ray safety requirements. Perform the operation according to engineering specifications and quality standards. Check and report any safety opportunities or near‑misses. Examine finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications; move processed parts to the next area and cross‑train as needed. What You Bring High School Diploma or GED. Experience in manufacturing X‑ray machine operation or plate reading is a plus. Ability to read engineering instructions. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. This position requires an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position; the candidate must be able to work with export‑controlled technology in accordance with U.S. export control law.
