The ideal Account Representative is an enthusiastic sales professional responsible for developing new business.No linen or uniform industry experience is required. Previous sales or customer service experience, whether in the linen/uniform rental industry or with the types of customers we serve (hospitality, medical, and industrial businesses), is a plus, but we'll train you on our specific products and market.If you're looking for a stable industry with a real, uncapped earning ceiling, not just a job but a sales career, this role is built for that. That means real, ongoing opportunities for career advancement, not a static org chart.CompensationBase salary: $800/week, plus commission and incentivesAverage combined compensation: Account Representatives averaged $126,000/year in total compensation in 2025BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement savings programPaid time off (sick, holiday, vacation)Full-time employment with full benefitsDuties & ResponsibilitiesAcquire new rental and direct sales business through cold calls, lead generation, and networkingDevelop new sales opportunities with existing customersMaintain or exceed established sales quotas for rental business and direct salesDisplay or demonstrate product using samples, marketing tools, and catalogsQuote prices and prepare sales contracts for orders obtainedPrepare reports and keep expense accountsRequired Skills & QualificationsPrevious sales or customer service experience in the linen/uniform rental industry, or with similar customers (hospitality, medical, industrial), is a plus but not requiredStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsExperience using CRM platforms like Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office tools, is a plusHigh school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination (required).
