Role Overview The Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the Marketing team by leading cross‑functional teams to drive business growth, guiding brand development projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Own a deep understanding of the target consumer to guide strategy and execution. Champion brand voice and positioning, reviewing and approving assets and content across markets and regions. Develop and execute brand plans for American Retail and College and University channels, ensuring alignment with company goals. Leverage sales data and consumer research to identify business growth opportunities and evaluate the competitive landscape. Drive cross‑functional teams to deliver strategies to achieve both short‑ and long‑term goals. Direct external creative agencies, overseeing creative development timelines and performance metrics. Partner with R&D and sales to create concepts and commercialize new products for American Retail. Oversee the marketing budgets for American Retail and College and University, managing invoices, reconciling monthly expenses, and maintaining accurate budget records. Lead trade show strategy and execution for Grocery and Non‑Commercial channels, including booth setup, promotional planning, press materials, and logistics. Shape Sun Noodle digital marketing strategy and oversee the Social Media Manager, providing direction and regular performance feedback. Other duties as assigned. Experience & Qualifications Must LOVE noodles! Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 years of work/intern experience in brand marketing or related field. Background in Consumer Goods (CPG) and/or food services strongly preferred. Strategic thinker who is always pushing the needs of the business forward. Ability to analyze consumer data to determine insights and strategy. General organizational and time management skills. Effective presentation, written & verbal communication skills. Flexible and quick learner; easily able to adapt to new systems and structure. Able to provide and maintain reliable records and perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
