- Lead with Authority - Exercise delegated executive authority to negotiate and execute high-impact agreements that shape PSE's business relationships
- Drive Strategic Partnerships - Develop and manage competitive solicitations while building lasting relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Collaborate Across the Enterprise - Work with dynamic teams throughout PSE, from engineering to operations, bringing your contracting expertise to diverse projects
- Represent PSE's Interests - Serve as PSE's voice in key stakeholder meetings and industry forums
- Mentor and Guide - Support fellow contract administrators while contributing to best practices and process improvements

Job Responsibilities- Coordinate all cross product and service efforts between vendors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders for Residential DR, Behavioral DR (BDR), and C&I DR products as defined by Product/Program Managers and/or Supervisor/Manager.
- Coordinate vendor contract and program overlap opportunities for C&I DR, Residential DR; Thermostats, Water Heat, BDR, Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Coordinate Clean Energy Implementation Plan (CEIP) reporting including customer energy benefits and participation levels in DR offerings.
- Ability to manage a project and provide regular updates and report on progress; communicate changes to ensure completion of projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and revise materials in support of program activities such as presentations, trainings, reports, marketing collateral, statements of works, etc.
- Proactively communicates with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and customers on integration opportunities, program impacts, and necessary trainings.
- Identify opportunities to evaluate program data trends and report insights, collect and synthesize data from multiple sources to support decision making.
- Identify and support execution of process improvement initiatives and quality control processes.
- Monitors customer satisfaction survey scores and comments, identifies action items to improve and successfully addresses or escalates customer complaints as necessary.
- Supports development of strategic marketing and outreach initiatives to help reach program goals.
- Manage program orientation process for internal and external stakeholders and oversee training for program implementers and/or contractors.
- Conduct market research and support development of business cases, strategic planning, and potential pilot initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 3 years of experience with program coordinator and/or management, planning & budgetary responsibility.
- 2 years of experience in planning with some budgeting responsibilities.
- Experience in communications campaign.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvement efforts.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation and analytical skills.
- Experience providing an excellent customer service experience.
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings including set-up and day-of logistics.
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Experience working in SAP.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training to internal and external partners.
- Comfortable with public speaking and communicating to an audience.
- Experience working with Tableau or other data visualization software.
- Experience coordinating and/or managing both external and internal vendors and stakeholders including trade organizations and community outreach.
- Knowledge of energy markets and experience in the utility industry.
- Knowledge of Demand Response, Load Shifting and Load Flexibility.

The pay range for this position is$80,200.00-$115,800.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses.
