We are committed to clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and fostering a supportive environment where our teams can thrive.Position SummaryThe Regional Director of Clinical Services (RDCS) provides strategic and operational leadership for clinical services across multiple sites within the region. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent clinical quality, regulatory compliance, staff development, and alignment with organizational goals. The RDCS partners closely with executive leadership, site administrators, and clinical teams to drive best practices and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide regional oversight and leadership for clinical operations across assigned locationsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting body regulations and standardsDevelop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and quality initiativesSupport site leadership with clinical guidance, staffing strategies, and performance improvementMonitor clinical outcomes, audits, and quality metrics; implement corrective action plans as neededLead, mentor, and develop clinical leaders and staff across the regionCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care, safety, and satisfactionParticipate in budgeting, resource planning, and strategic growth initiativesServe as a clinical liaison between regional sites and executive leadershipSupport change management initiatives and promote a culture of accountability and excellenceQualificationsActive clinical license (RN- Ohio)Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)Minimum of 5+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience, preferably in a regional or multi-site roleStrong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best clinical practicesProven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive performance improvementExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to travel regularly within the assigned regionWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and leadership-level compensation packageComprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO)Supportive executive leadership and collaborative cultureOpportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple communitiesProfessional growth and advancement opportunitiesQualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume.
