About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support industrial, distribution, mission critical, and commercial real estate projects in a rapidly growing Southeast market. This office serves federal, industrial, distribution, retail, and institutional sectors and has a strong push into data center and mission critical construction. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery from preconstruction handoff through closeout
• Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, and design coordination
• Oversee field operations in partnership with superintendents
• Coordinate with structural trade partners on tilt wall, precast, or large structural concrete scopes
• Maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business development
• Ensure quality, safety, and alignment with mission critical and industrial requirements
  
   

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in industrial, tilt wall, precast, distribution, or data center construction
• Strong understanding of large scale concrete systems, industrial MEP coordination, and structural workflows
• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders: owners, designers, engineers, and field teams
• Experience with scheduling, risk management, cost control, and subcontractor oversight
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
