CNC Machinist

Overview Join our dynamic team as a CNC Machinist at our state‑of‑the‑art facility located in St. Michael, MN, 55376. We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about precision machining and thrives in a collaborative environment. If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high‑quality parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment. Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role. Proficient in operating CNC mills and lathes. Strong understanding of G‑code and M‑code programming. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
