Overview Manager, Product Management – Card Data Manager (PXDP50). The Data Products and Experiences team is a horizontal platform product organization responsible for understanding the needs of data producers and consumers across the Card line of business. In this role, you will define and build key elements of Card Data Products, from asset definition to leveraging AI to automate and accelerate the journey, creating massive impact on Card's data product journey. Responsibilities Define how Card data assets should be built and scaled. Leverage AI technologies to automate and accelerate data product development. Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver game‑changing outcomes and drive organizational alignment. Qualifications Currently holding or in the process of obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field) or Business/Marketing, with degree awarded on or before the scheduled start date. Alternatively, bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 3 years of product‑management experience. Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products. Compensation McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 Benefits Full-time employees are eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
