Description: Bartenders are skilled professionals who play a key role in creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. They are responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Key responsibilities include preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, engaging with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations, handling cash and processing payments accurately, restocking bar inventory, and adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines. Bartenders have the opportunity to earn tips based on their expertise and customer interaction, enhancing their overall compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide personalized recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to create cocktails according to established recipes or customer preferences.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restocking as needed.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of beverage offerings and ingredients.
• Maximize tip potential through exceptional bartending skills and customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in preparing a wide variety of cocktails and mixed drinks.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy objects as necessary.

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
