Job Summary We are seeking experienced CNC Mill/Lathe Machinists for direct hire opportunities in Valencia, CA, supporting precision aerospace and defense manufacturing. This role is ideal for skilled machinists who are confident setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, reading blueprints, and producing tight-tolerance components in a quality-driven environment. This is a strong opportunity to join a stable manufacturing team with supportive leadership, a collaborative shop environment, and work that directly supports high-precision aerospace production. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for precision machining operations. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Perform precision measurements using appropriate inspection tools and gauges. Machine aerospace components using specialty materials and tight tolerance requirements. Monitor machine performance, make offsets, and ensure parts meet quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following production and safety procedures. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity. Pay range: $26 to $35 per hour. Annual salary range: $54,080 to $72,800 per year. 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available. 6 openings available.
