Job Title: CNC Operator

Pay Rate: $22/hour+ (competitive, based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with at least 1+ years of experience to join our team in Sylmar, CA. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow their career in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or other equipment) to produce precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Set up machines and adjust settings as needed to ensure product quality
• Perform routine inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1+ year of CNC operating experience
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents
• Basic knowledge of machining processes and tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
