Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred

• Familiarity with IEP-driven documentation and progress updates

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct OT services to elementary students and a small group of middle schoolers, addressing fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Assess and document students’ needs, progress, and participation in accordance with IEP goals
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate strategies into the classroom environment
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed, helping develop achievable, targeted goals
• Maintain clear records and communicate student progress to the educational team
