Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts
• Previous school-based OT experience, especially with elementary or middle school students, is a strong asset
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to independently manage caseload and adapt activities to various student needs

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to elementary and middle school students to help them succeed in the classroom environment
• Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student goals
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapeutic interventions into daily activities
• Monitor and document student progress; adjust strategies as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Provide training and resources for staff and families as appropriate
