Senior IT Project Manager

Cape Fox subsidiary, Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI), is seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior IT Project Manager to join our team in support of a federal government client. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while providing overall management and technical direction for the Department of the Interior (DOI) Human Resources Management Division (HRMSD) full life cycle IT program, ensuring all work complies with DOI policies, ISO 9001:2015 quality processes, CMMC Level 2 controls, and FISMA Moderate security requirements. This position is contingent upon award. Incumbents are encouraged to apply! The salary range for this exempt position is: $102,700 - $138,400. The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn. Core Duties: Serve as the single point of contact with the COR and HRMSD leadership. Manage cost, schedule, scope, and performance. Develop program plans, risk registers, and performance metrics. Oversee all Agile release planning and governance meetings. Direct technical leads and contract staff; review deliverables for accuracy and timeliness. Ensure quality assurance, configuration management, and security processes are implemented consistently. Prepare and submit CDRLs and monthly/quarterly status reports. Support transition planning and knowledge transfer activities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
