What they’re looking for: Approximately 2–8 years of commercial real estate experience Commercial leasing experience, particularly office, retail, and industrial leasing Acquisitions and dispositions experience Strong drafting and transaction management skills Candidates do not need experience across every area. The firm is interested in attorneys with meaningful experience in one or more of these areas who want to continue broadening their practice.
