Bilingual Pediatric Nurse Practitioner/Family Nurse Practitioner (PNP/FNP) – Primary Care West Palm Beach, FL 33406 Full-Time | On-Site $110,000 – $120,000/year Pay range is an estimate and may vary based on experience and qualifications. About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) to join our growing pediatric practice in West Palm Beach. This role focuses on providing high-quality, patient- and family-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents in a fast-paced, supportive clinical environment. You will work closely with our Medical Director and healthcare team to deliver evidence- based care while building strong relationships with patients and families. Key Responsibilities: Perform well-child exams, sick visits, and developmental screenings Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions Administer and manage immunizations according to guidelines Order, interpret, and follow up on labs and diagnostic tests Educate parents/caregivers on growth, development, nutrition, and prevention Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers Maintain accurate and timely documentation Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Requirements: Certified PNP or FNP with experience Minimum 1 year of pediatric or family practice experience Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills Why Join Us?
