Position Overview We are seeking a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (FNP/PMHNP) who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of telehealth and in-person care, with the unique benefit of a 4-day workweek to support a healthy work-life balance. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for patient-centered care, experience in both family practice and psychiatry, and an interest in holistic treatment approaches. Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole is a plus. This role is 1099 (PRN) and offers tremendous flexibility for those balancing competing priorities. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide integrated care through family practice and psychiatric services, addressing both physical and mental health needs. Manage medication, monitor patient responses, and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Deliver patient and family education, counseling, and resources to support their treatment journey. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate holistic treatment approaches. Utilize telehealth platforms to provide accessible, high-quality remote care. Maintain thorough documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and HIPAA regulations. Specializations We Support Elite Mindful Health specializes in anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, child and adolescent psychiatry, and nutritional counseling. Qualifications Dual certification as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Active licensure in Florida. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a dual-certified practitioner, ideally with a background in holistic and patient-centered care. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required; fluency in Haitian Creole is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients of all ages.
