Elite Mindful Health is seeking a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for telehealth and in-person care in Florida. The role supports a 4-day workweek and requires leadership in holistic mental health approaches. Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole is a plus.
