Job Opportunity: Endocrinologist

Our organization is in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist for a full-time faculty role. The academic rank will be assigned based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. This practice caters to a diverse patient population with both common and rare endocrine disorders, benefiting from robust support from various departments, including Medical and Surgical Oncology, ENT-Head and Neck Surgery, Neurosurgery, Neuro-ophthalmology, and Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology, among others.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in all faculty-related activities, including teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Provide patient care in outpatient clinic settings.
• Conduct inpatient consultations for hospital services, including surgical, obstetrics and gynecology, labor and delivery, and psychiatry.
• Participate in clinical or laboratory research initiatives.
• Contribute to community service efforts.

Qualifications

• MD or an equivalent terminal degree.
• Eligibility for a medical license in Louisiana.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
