Lead Maintenance

Lead Maintenance Technician Through a wide range of innovative services referred to as ViaQuest’s Circle of Care, our skilled, dedicated employees ensure that the people we serve are active participants in their own care. Responsibilities Lead assigned maintenance team to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Train and mentor maintenance staff to improve skills and performance. Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations. Requirements for this position Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools. Good communication and organizational skills. Relevant certifications or technical training preferred. Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs. Valid Driver’s License that meets company Authorized Driver Criteria. Benefits Paid training.
