H2 Performance Consulting (H2), a high-growth technology firm, is seeking a Financial Program Manager to support a U.S. government client. The Program Manager will serve as the primary contact to lead task-order execution, administration, quality assurance, deliverables, and efficiency. This is an onsite position supporting a government client. The position requires U.S. citizenship at the time of application. This position is contingent upon contract award, final staffing requirements, security eligibility, certification requirements, and customer approval, where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead task-order execution, administration, quality assurance, deliverables and efficiency.

· Supervise all contractor personnel, assign workload, coordinate technical efforts and stakeholder meetings.

· Close actions, provide reports and promptly elevate performance issues.

· Ensure staff follow DHS/ICE rules and safety practices. Provide overall oversight of MIPPS, quality management and customer financial operations.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 8+ years of experience related to oversight and executive-level management of project/contract operations.
• 3+ years of experience managing Federal financial management operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost analysis.
• Direct experience managing DHS, ICE, or other Federal civilian agency contracts.
• Advanced experience with quality assurance, contract compliance, performance metrics, risk management, and corrective actions.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP, FAC P/PM Level II or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship required.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, or operational efficiency initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and rapidly resolve performance or personnel issues in a Federal contract environment.
• Experience coordinating multi-site or geographically dispersed teams, including personnel supporting Government facilities in multiple locations.
