We are an equal‑opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. Job Overview Warehouse Specialist – responsible for loading, unloading, receiving, storing, and distributing inventory. Operate forklift/pallet jack, perform cycle counts, inspect stock, secure loads, and maintain orderly storage. Responsibilities Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack. Cycle count inventory, store items orderly, inspect for defects, and report to supervision. Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage. Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs during truck loading/unloading. Stand for up to 12 hours performing job‑related tasks. Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle. Ability to use a handheld scanning unit. Basic math skills. Previous warehouse experience. Forklift certification preferred but not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Safety Sensitive Position Position requires regular safe use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols. Travel Requirements Local; less than 10% travel. Physical Requirements Prolonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling. Good hand eye coordination, dexterity, and strength. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
