Newberg Ford in Newberg, OR is looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator to manage the processing, submission, and follow-up of warranty claims with Ford. This role works directly with service advisors, technicians, and the service manager to keep warranty documentation complete, compliant, and submitted on time. The right candidate brings prior Ford warranty experience, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work through claim issues without letting things fall through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Process and submit warranty claims to Ford and applicable vendors accurately and on schedule
• Verify documentation across repair orders, technician notes, and labor operations for completeness and accuracy
• Ensure full compliance with manufacturer warranty policies, guidelines, and audit standards
• Track claim approvals, denials, and chargebacks through to timely resolution
• Reconcile and post warranty credits and payments to the accounting system
• Communicate with service advisors and technicians to resolve claim-related questions and documentation gaps
• Prepare warranty files, reporting logs, and supporting documentation in advance of audits
• Stay current on Ford warranty policies, bulletins, and procedural updates as they are issued

What We're Looking For

• Prior automotive warranty administrator experience required
• Ford warranty and labor time coding experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of dealership repair order documentation and service workflows
• Proficient with DMS systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy with records and data entry
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow claim resolutions through to completion
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
