Human Resources Coordinator

What You’ll Do Coordinate and assist with new hire onboarding , including orientations, required paperwork, and introductions. Support recruiting activities by posting jobs , scheduling interviews, and handling candidate inquiries. Maintain HRIS data entry and keep personnel files and documentation accurate and up to date. Help employees and supervisors with interpretation of HR policies and procedures as needed. Assist with benefits administration , including enrollment and responding to employee questions. Prepare and manage HR communications , including job postings, reference checks, and employment verifications. Support the HR Manager with projects, initiatives, and HR reporting as needed. Provide general clerical and operational support to management and the HR team. Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee records and information. Maintain professionalism and a calm demeanor while supporting day-to-day HR functions in a fast-paced setting. What You Bring 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in onboarding, recruiting, or general HR responsibilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite .
