We are seeking candidates who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong Excel skills and the ability to accurately manage large volumes of data are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports the Failure Investigation team by managing the intake and processing of returned insulin pumps.

Responsibilities include:

• Receiving and processing approximately 1,400 returned pumps per week (roughly 280 per day)
• Reviewing, categorizing, and tracking Returned Material Authorizations (RMAs)
• Utilizing Excel daily to filter and organize return data
• Creating investigations and documentation within Microsoft 365
• Assigning returned devices to technicians using our internal system, Smartiva
• Tracking device status and location throughout the Failure Investigation process
• Maintaining accurate records and inventory control documentation
• Performing weekly audits to ensure pumps are dispositioned correctly based on technician findings
• Coordinating disposition activities, including routing products to Quality Assurance, Refurbishment, or Scrap
• Supporting operations within an FDA-regulated environment

Preferred qualifications include:

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, inventory control, or administrative coordination
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including filtering, sorting, and organizing data
• Experience working with databases, tracking systems, or inventory systems
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and manage work in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in a regulated environment is a plus
