Identify expansion opportunities within existing categories and evaluate opportunities for new markets or adjacent segments. Act as a strategic advisor for key accounts, supporting deal strategies, pricing discussions, and merchant growth initiatives. Influence product roadmap decisions by translating market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis into actionable product recommendations. Contribute to long-term product strategy by identifying feature opportunities and improving product-market fit. Analyze category trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning to maintain strong market differentiation. Support the development and optimization of automated workflows and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams including product, sales, marketing, and leadership to execute strategic initiatives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on priorities, deadlines, and measurable outcomes. Requirements: The ideal candidate has experience in category management, product strategy, or similar analytical roles within retail, e-commerce, or technology-driven organizations, with the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. 5+ years of experience in retail category management, product strategy, business strategy, or related analytical roles. Experience working in e-commerce, technology, SaaS, or other fast-paced business environments. Proven ability to own initiatives from concept development through launch, execution, and optimization. Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations. Advanced proficiency with AI tools and Excel, including data modeling, financial analysis, and forecasting. Experience leading cross-functional projects and presenting strategic recommendations to leadership teams. Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer-focused solutions. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on support for pricing, deals, and operational decisions. Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities. Self-motivated professional who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes ownership of business outcomes. Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a rapidly changing environment. Experience with business intelligence tools, analytics platforms, AI automation tools, or workflow optimization is preferred. Familiarity with insurance, underwriting, actuarial concepts, risk analysis, or retail pricing strategies is a plus.
