Property Management Associate

Immediate need for a talented Property Management Associate. This is a 1.5+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta, GA (Onsite). Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Property Management team. Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and conference center guests. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries. Ensure conference center spaces are prepared and ready for scheduled meetings and events. Code invoices accurately and assist with invoice processing. Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned. Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment. Key Requirements and Technology Experience Excellent customer service skills with a professional and polished demeanor. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic office environment. Experience with invoice coding or accounts payable processes. College degree or some college coursework preferred. Previous administrative, customer service, property management, or office support experience is preferred. Years of experience are flexible; qualified candidates at various experience levels are encouraged to apply. 24 hours per week Three full onsite workdays per week , days must remain flexible to accommodate conference center events and business needs. Interview Process 1–2 interview rounds. In-person interviews are preferred.
