We provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across South Carolina, with a focus on quality care, collaboration, and clinical growth.We are seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health professional to join our diverse team of clinicians. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a wide range of populations and presenting issues. This role is a great fit for a therapist looking to engage in meaningful work, enjoy clinical autonomy, and grow within a supportive environment.Responsibilities:Provide individual, couple, and family therapy to a variety of age groupsConduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapeutic interventionsMaintain accurate, ethical, and timely documentation in the electronic health recordParticipate in supervision (if applicable), team meetings, and continuing education opportunitiesCollaborate with other providers and community stakeholders as neededRequirements:Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related fieldActive licensure in South Carolina (LPC, LMFT, LISW-CP, LMSW, LPC-A or LP)Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure preferredComfortable treating children, adolescents, adults, and familiesStrong organizational and clinical documentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:Credentialed with Medicaid or private insurance panelsTraining in trauma-focused, systemic, or evidence-based modalitiesBilingual (Spanish/English) a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation based on experience and licensureHybrid flexibility: telehealth and in-person sessionsClinical supervision and support (if needed for licensure)Administrative support to handle scheduling, billing, and credentialingOpportunities for advancement and leadership rolesA collaborative and inclusive team cultureJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 10 per weekSchedule:Choose your own hours
