Customer Service Representative– San Francisco $26-$30/hr plus $5.50 overnight differential 4/10 hr shifts Mornings 6:30am - 4:30pm

Requirements: You have at least one year of experience in a client services role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting. You are a friendly, empathetic, and dependable team player who genuinely cares about helping clients and supporting your colleagues. You excel at managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm, compassionate demeanor. You’re passionate about creating a positive client experience and building trust with pet owners. You value teamwork and contribute to a collaborative, uplifting culture where everyone is focused on achieving shared goals. Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging $26-$30 (includes additional $5.50/hr for hours worked between 6pm and 6am) Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
