Business Analyst W/ Development BackgroundLocation: Charlotte, NC (Must be able to site onsite 4 days per week.)Must Have:Business / Systems Analysis with a Development background.API DesignREST Web servicesPostman and SOAP UI – APIsVisio or Draw.io and KafkaAngular/Nodejs FrontendNoSQL Database experience such as Mango DB, Cassandra, RedisPlusses:SplunkSQL Low level Database table design experience (Oracle)Camunda orchestration for building business workflowsFull Description:Gathering business functional requirements for complex problems and translate into low level technical specific documentation(TSDs) for various development teams.Closely working with enterprise architecture, business analysis, development, and testing team for documenting the analysis after testing in various software platforms using postman on multiple API’s.Working closely with business and developer team to identify technical, functional, and non- functional requirements by researching and analyzing system problems.Work on design low level solutions or reverse engineering solutions by establishing specifications, coordinating with multiple technologies application APIs, Micro Services flow with teams.Perform data validation using various reports generated from systems.Collaborate with leadership, project managers, Agile scrum master’s on project progress.Performing data analysis, root cause analysis, gap analysis, and generating related mockup UI/UX screens, dashboards, and Splunk-based applications using a combination of Splunk Enterprise and SQL.Designing High-level and Low-level architectural diagrams including sequence diagrams, building request and response structures, recommending data model mappings, reverse engineer complex existing applications, recommend enhancements and closing working with team architects to describe projects workflow which are crucial for the project to be set as reference for developer teams and business teams.Develop, produce, and optimize customized configuration files in response to user requirements.Developing user stories and gathering technical and business requirements for developers to develop features on a scale in the project domain.Collaborate as part of a team to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of business systemsManaging user data by performing CRUD(create, read, update, delete) operations in databases like Impala, Kudu, MySQL, HBase, Elastic, Mongo DB, Oracle, and Open TSDB to analyze the dataflow for developer APIs in project.Performing SQL & NOSQL queries to retrieve data from existing project databases and create excel sheet reports for customized API requirementsResearch to forecast and prepare future technical requirements based on input from cross-functional teams.Working with developers and record feature changes or business logic in case of failure of a feature postproduction or deployments and document them.Working knowledge on reading the code for Camunda batch processing, Kafka Data processing, Hadoop HDFS file storage, Bitbucket for code version, swagger for testing API flows and validating data in Mongo DB, Oracle, or any related database. 10 + years of experience.
