Entry-level therapists and experienced therapists are welcome to apply. We value mentorship, growth, and clinical confidence-building. Position Options: Full-Time: 30+ billable hours – Starting at $51/hour Part-Time: 18+ billable hours – Starting at $52/hour Our Approach: We provide play-based, relationship-centered OT guided by DIR principles. We emphasize sensory regulation, individualized sensory diets, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote skill generalization and independence.
