Happyian Therapy & Academy is expanding and seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative, play‑based team. Entry‑level therapists and experienced therapists are welcome to apply. We value mentorship, growth, and clinical confidence‑building. Position Options Full‑Time: 30+ billable hours. Starting at $51/hour Part‑Time: 18+ billable hours. Starting at $52/hour Our Approach We provide play‑based, relationship‑centered OT guided by DIR principles. We emphasize sensory regulation, individualized sensory diets, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote skill generalization and independence.
