The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.Repair and troubleshoot production equipmentPerform preventative maintenance on equipmentAssist in the set-up and tear down of production linesPromote a safe work environmentInside and outside building maintenanceWilling to work overtime and/or weekends as requested by Maintenance Supervisor/ManagerResponsible for following and complying with Company GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and maintaining quality work and productEducation & ExperienceHigh School Degree or Equivalent and/or three or more years of experience in MaintenanceElectrical, mechanical and hydraulics knowledge requiredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesMechanical aptitude Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload Effective interpersonal skills, including listening Attributes desired include being self-motivated, assertive, self-starter, problem-solver and results drivenMachines, Tools, Instruments, Equipment and Materials Used:PLC and Drive Controller Equipment skills desired: knowledge of shrink wrap equipment, balers, heat tunnels, printers, glue machines, conveyors, carton sealer, stretch wrapperPhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentMust be able to stand, bend, walk, and carry items weighing 50+ lbs. regularlyMenasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
