Agile Business Analyst

TEKsystems is looking for an Agile Business Analyst for a long term contract in DE. Required SkillsEDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4 year experience in related field.EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical product manager role in a project-based environment.FIELD OF EXPERTISE:-Experience in working on multiple projects at the same time.-Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies and working experience in agile tools like JIRA is preferable-Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization, assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information-Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities-Ability to assess the scrum maturity of the team and organization and support the team to reach higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable.-Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques.-Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.-Intermediate Word. Intermediate Excel.SkillsBusiness analysis, Agile, User stories, Requirements gatheringAdditional Skills & Qualifications:- Writing use stories with clear documentation of success criteria.- Proficiency with JIRA- Proficient on Agile ceremonies.-Expertise in Managing Daily Stand / Grooming Sessions / Story Pointing Processes / Conduct Retro Sessions /Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Wilmington, DE.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $53.56 - $53.56/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
