We provide excellent benefits such as medical, dental, vision and a fun company to work.Hybrid Onsite – 4 days onsite per week from day one must be in the DC area INVESTMENT BA THAT KNOWS SQLMust-Have:Middle Office Expertise – Risk Management – Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Operation Risk, Performance Risk and Regulatory & Compliances.Educational degree in finance/accounting/commerce/economicsSolid Financial/Banking domain experienceTrue hands-on Business Analysis experienceAgile ExperienceCFA Certifications – PreferredProject:Asset Management The team is looking for a very stronga BA with expertise in Middle Office in asset ManagementThe BA must be able to think out-of-the-box, challenge existing process, analyze requirements, break them down into user stories with sufficient details, and an achievable acceptance criteria.These are non-negotiable.Skills / Experience RequiredMust have at least 7-10 years of experience, of which at least 5 years in the finance industry as a Business Analyst with expertise in Middle OfficeRisk Management – Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Operation Risk, Performance Risk and Regulatory & Compliances.Strong experience in agile methodology is an absolute must.Solid experience in having developed user stories and acceptance criteria is essential.In-depth experience in coming with up test plans, test strategies, test cases and control sets for testing purposes.Design and execute test cases for application development and implementation projects
