Office Cashier Lead

Job Description

The Front Office Lead will assist with coaching the Front Office department to ensure customers are provided fast, friendly and accurate customer service. The Front Office Lead will ensure all AFW policies and procedures are followed to prevent fraud, rent AFW vehicles to our customers, and processing financing applications. The Front Office Lead will also assist with processing customer transactions and assisting the Sales team with completing orders. This individual will perform cash drawer and safe/petty cash audits and report any discrepancies to the AFW Management Team.

Starting pay of $18/hr.

• Assists in resolving basic customer issues.
• Assists with merchandise support tasks (i.e., maintenance, straightening merchandise).
• Uses basic internet navigation to access and print information/reports.
• Basic reading, arithmetic, writing and oral communication skills.
• Responding to public address system announcements.
• Identifying and reading reports, tickets and UPC labels.
• Recognizing, identifying and using merchandise and necessary reports.

Physical Requirements

• Long periods of sitting and standing.

• Exposure to fluorescent lighting.
• Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back
• The Front Office Lead position requires lifting, gripping, bending, kneeling, stooping and moving for 8 hours or more daily.
• Requires the ability to move around the store and maneuver merchandise when necessary, Must be able to stand/walk and regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-50 pounds)
