The Floor Technician at Verde Clean is responsible for performing specialized cleaning and maintenance tasks on a variety of floor types, including carpets, wood, tile, and more. The custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the assigned workplace. Responsible for ensuring that the facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for occupants, employees, and visitors. Responsible for cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Minimum qualifications required for an individual to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position: must be detail-oriented and a team player.

Education and experience:

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a custodian, preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills/abilities:

• Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and disinfecting solutions.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ability to interact with staff, visitors, and employees on the job site while maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and kindness.
