Job Summary and Qualifications We are seeking a dynamic ICU RN to join our team. The candidate will provide care for patients who need close monitoring and frequent assessments, make clinical assessments of situations, and manage treatment autonomously. The RN works in a collaborative environment with a team dedicated to excellent patient care. What you will do in this role Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality. Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions. Provide high‑focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement. Job Requirements Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation. BLS‑AHA provider‑issued card required within 30 days of start. ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
