Are you organized, friendly, and passionate about delivering top-notch customer service? Price Ford of Simi Valley is looking for a Service Appointment Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our valued service customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming service calls and schedule appointments efficiently
- Confirm appointments and follow up with customers regarding service needs
- Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM system
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for every guest
- Previous experience in a dealership or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
