Regional Vice President

New York Community Care is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead our Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA). This executive role is responsible for operational performance, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and strategic growth while ensuring high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate is a healthcare executive with a strong track record of leading CHHA operations in New York. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all CHHA operations at the executive level Ensure compliance with NYSDOH, CMS, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations Manage, develop, and mentor department leaders and multidisciplinary teams Improve operational efficiency, quality outcomes, and financial performance Develop, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and organizational growth Maintain high standards in patient care, clinical quality, and customer satisfaction Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Qualifications Required Minimum 5 years of executive leadership experience in a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) Strong knowledge of NYS home health regulations, compliance, and accreditation standards Proven experience managing large-scale home healthcare operations Strong background in operations, financial management, and strategic planning Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills Bachelor’s degree required Preferred Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $225,000–$250,000 Comprehensive benefits package Productivity‑based incentive program Opportunity to lead a growing and respected home health organization Collaborative executive leadership team Additional Information Only candidates with executive-level CHHA leadership experience will be considered.
