Field Technician

The Field Technician is responsible for all aspects of ATMs in an assigned region. Typical duties include but are not limited to; ATM installs/processing installs, repairing ATMs, updating software, logistical support, and other aspects of service and support. Technical Support Performs installation, maintenance, and repairs on ATMs within an assigned territory/region. Ensures all company assets are well maintained and functioning properly. Partners with Technical Support, Parts department, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Develops strong relationships with customers in assigned territory/region. Project work, as assigned. Qualifications 1-2 years’ experience working with ATM services & support; must have solid customer service skills; must have experience working with non-technical individuals; proficient with MS Office Suite; must have strong attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills; must be able to work long shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays; clean driving record.
