You’ll be the person who builds that for US enterprise accounts. 10x growth in 2025. 2x in JFM-26. 250% NRR. Clients include HP, Versa Networks, and SonicWall. This is our first US hire. What you'll do You’ll own 3–5 US enterprise accounts: PoCs, implementations & onboardings, QBRs, and CRO relationships. You'll own the commercial relationship: MBRs, expansion conversations, renewal, and the CRO's trust. You're accountable for the account growing, not just running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the FDE team (Playbook Expert, AI Expert) who builds the brain. You’re the one in the room with the executive. You’ll feed what you learn back into the product. Every deployment makes Zime smarter. You’re part of how that happens. What we're looking for You’ve been the person in the room, not behind it. You have a story about a senior client relationship you owned end-to-end and grew. Not one you supported. AI-native. You use Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or equivalent in your actual workflow, not aspirationally.li> You can hold a conversation with a CRO about revenue execution, pipeline quality, and behaviour change and earn their trust in the first meeting. 3-8 years in client-facing roles: consulting, solutions architecture, CS, or technical account management at a SaaS/AI company US-based, authorised to work in the US. Comfortable travelling to client sites. You’ll thrive here if You want to own the outcome, not contribute to it. You understand the product deeply enough to direct technical teams You think “which behaviours actually move deals” and enable sales team to win more You want your work to compound, every deployment making the next one faster and more accurate.
