Job Description
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling to clients with emotional, behavioral, or mental health concerns
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support client growth and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional and organizational standards
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, and other community resources as needed
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly
- Educate clients and families on coping strategies, mental health awareness, and available resources
- Support crisis intervention and provide risk assessments for clients in acute distress
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development
