We are seeking a compassionate, Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The ideal candidate is committed to helping clients improve their emotional well-being, develop healthy coping strategies, and achieve their treatment goals through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy services as appropriate.
• Diagnose mental health disorders in accordance with DSM-5-TR criteria
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the treatment team.
• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state licensing regulations, and professional ethical guidelines.
• Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Required

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active state licensure (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Registered with the State as an intern).
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, or trauma-informed care.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Preferred

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Specialized training in trauma, substance use disorders, couples counseling, or other clinical specialties.
