Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students near Quincy, MA, providing exceptional speech and language services in a collaborative educational setting from September 2026 through June 2027. This engaging position is ideal for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists committed to driving positive outcomes for students across a range of grade levels. Work a steady 35-hour schedule over five weekdays, focusing on pediatric caseloads and making a significant difference in the lives of children with diverse communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts SLP license required
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Proven experience with pediatric populations in healthcare or school-based settings
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and collaborative multidisciplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, diagnostics, and implement evidence-based treatment for K-12 students
- Develop, update, and document Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to optimize therapy outcomes
- Provide direct and consultative services within classroom and pull-out models as needed
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and teacher input
- Offer support and training to staff and parents regarding speech and language development
